Who can enroll?

Only operators whose Aadhaar (UID) is registered in the UCL system can enroll. If your Aadhaar is not found, please contact your supervisor.

How will I get the OTP?

OTP is sent as a WhatsApp message on your registered operator mobile number. Please check that your number is active on WhatsApp.

Is the ₹1,000 fee refundable?

The training fee is one-time and non-refundable once you’ve accessed the video library. Please see the refund policy for exceptions.

Can I download videos?

No. Videos are streamed securely from our servers with anti-piracy protection. Downloading, screen recording or sharing is prohibited.

What if I miss a video?

Nothing is missed — every lesson is recorded and available on-demand. Your progress auto-saves so you can resume later.
