Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully before using the UCL Training Portal. By accessing this site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Effective: 01 April 2026 Last updated: 01 May 2026

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Universal Client Training Portal (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated as an authorised training partner for UCL operators. By enrolling, paying the training fee, logging in, or otherwise using the Platform, you (“Operator”, “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

2Eligibility & Operator Verification

The Platform is intended solely for individuals whose Aadhaar (UID) is registered as an active UCL operator. Enrolment requires successful verification against the UCL operator database followed by a One-Time Password (OTP) delivered to the mobile number registered against your operator profile.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must have a valid, government-issued Aadhaar.
  • Your Aadhaar must exist in the UCL operator database as a verified operator.
  • The mobile number linked to the operator record must be active on WhatsApp for OTP delivery.

3Account & Aadhaar Use

Your Aadhaar is used only for operator verification. It is not stored in plain text and is never shared with third parties. Every access to the Platform is recorded in an audit log for security and compliance purposes in accordance with the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 and applicable IT rules.

Privacy safeguardAadhaar numbers are masked throughout the interface (e.g. “XXXX XXXX 1234”). You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your registered mobile and OTP codes.

4Training Fee & Access

Access to the training library is granted upon payment of a one-time fee of ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand only). Payment is processed via our secure gateway partner and does not involve the storage of any card or banking credentials on our servers.

  • The training fee is non-refundable once any video lesson has been played. See the Refund Policy for full details.
  • Access is granted on a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable basis.
  • Future lessons added to the library during the term of your access are included at no extra cost.

5Intellectual Property

All training materials — including videos, text, graphics, code, thumbnails, logos, and site layout — are the exclusive property of the Platform and/or its licensors. These are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and international copyright treaties. No part of the materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form without prior written consent.

6Prohibited Conduct

As an Operator using this Platform, you agree NOT to:

  • Share your login credentials or allow another person to access your account.
  • Record, screen-capture, stream, rebroadcast, or otherwise copy any training video.
  • Attempt to circumvent DRM, anti-piracy, or security mechanisms.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content.
  • Upload malware, perform denial-of-service attacks, or exploit vulnerabilities.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or commercial purpose outside your duties as a UCL operator.

7Content Protection & Anti-Piracy

Videos are streamed using signed, short-lived tokens bound to your user account. Each video playback is watermarked with your operator UID. Unauthorised recording, redistribution, or publication will constitute a breach of these Terms and of the Copyright Act, and may result in civil and criminal proceedings.

ImportantWe actively monitor for unauthorised distribution. Penalties include permanent account termination without refund, blacklisting from future training programmes, and legal action where applicable.

8Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, in cases of suspected fraud, sharing of content, breach of these Terms, or any conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or other Operators. Termination for cause shall not entitle you to any refund.

9Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our aggregate liability to you, for any cause whatsoever, shall not exceed the training fee paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months.

10Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

11Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform and/or via WhatsApp to your registered mobile. Continued use after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
