Getting started with UCL Training

1Who can enrol for UCL operator training?
Any individual who is registered as a UCL operator with a valid 12-digit Aadhaar number linked to the UCL operator database can enrol. Your Aadhaar must be associated with an active operator mobile number.
2What do I need to complete the enrolment process?
You need three things: your registered 12-digit Aadhaar (operator UID), access to your registered WhatsApp number for OTP verification, and a payment method (UPI, net banking, or card) for the one-time training fee.
3My Aadhaar is showing "Not Registered" — what should I do?
This means your Aadhaar number is not found in the UCL operator database. You must first register as an operator at myuclregister.com before you can enrol for training. If you believe this is an error, please contact support with your Aadhaar last 4 digits.
4Can I enrol using someone else's Aadhaar?
No. The enrolment is strictly linked to your own operator Aadhaar UID. Each enrolment is verified against the official UCL database and the OTP is sent to the registered mobile number. Using another person's Aadhaar is a violation of terms.

OTP & Login

Verification and account access

1I'm not receiving the OTP on WhatsApp. What should I do?
Ensure that WhatsApp is installed and active on your registered operator mobile number. The OTP is delivered via WhatsApp, not SMS. Wait at least 30 seconds and tap "Resend OTP." If the issue persists, check that your number is not blocked on WhatsApp or contact our support team.
2How long is the OTP valid?
Each OTP is valid for 10 minutes from the time it is generated. After expiry, you will need to request a new one by clicking "Resend OTP." For security reasons, each OTP can only be used once.
3I entered the correct OTP but it says "Incorrect." Why?
This can happen if the OTP has expired or if you previously requested a new one (which invalidates the old code). Always use the most recently received OTP. If you continue to face issues, clear your browser cache and try again.
4Can I log in from multiple devices?
Your account is session-based. You can log in from any device, but only one active session is maintained at a time. Logging in from a new device will automatically end the previous session.
5"Too many attempts" error — how do I fix it?
For security, OTP requests are rate-limited. If you see this message, please wait for 1 hour before trying again. Do not repeatedly request OTPs as this will extend the cooldown period.

Payment & Billing

Fees, transactions, and refunds

1How much does the training cost?
The training fee is a one-time payment of ₹1,000 (inclusive of GST). There are no recurring charges, no hidden fees, and no additional costs. You get lifetime access to all current and future course content.
2What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment methods through our secure payment gateway: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), net banking from all Indian banks, and debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay).
3My payment was deducted but I didn't get access. What now?
Payment confirmation can take 2–5 minutes to process. Please wait and then refresh the page. If access is still not granted after 15 minutes, submit a support ticket with your transaction ID and Aadhaar last 4 digits. We will verify and resolve within 24 hours.
4Can I get a refund?
Yes, refund requests are accepted within 7 days of payment, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. To request a refund, submit a support ticket with subject "Refund Request." Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
5Will I get a payment receipt?
Yes. After successful payment, a digital receipt is available in your dashboard. The receipt includes your transaction ID, amount, date, and GST details.

Course content and learning experience

1What topics are covered in the training?
The training covers all aspects of UCL operations including: Introduction to UIDAI systems, Aadhaar enrolment and correction procedures, biometric device setup and calibration, data validation and quality checks, compliance requirements and SOPs, troubleshooting common issues, and best practices for operators.
2How many video lessons are included?
The course currently includes 120+ HD video lessons organized into 5 categories. New content is added regularly, and all future updates are included at no additional cost.
3Can I watch the lessons on my mobile phone?
Yes, the platform is fully responsive and works on all devices — smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. You can learn at your own pace, anytime and anywhere with an internet connection.
4Is there a time limit to complete the training?
No. You have lifetime access with no deadlines. You can complete the training at your own pace. Your progress is automatically saved, so you can resume from exactly where you left off.
5Can I download the videos for offline viewing?
No, videos are streamed through our secure player with anti-piracy protection. Downloading is not available to protect the intellectual property of the course content. A stable internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps) is required for smooth playback.

Certificate

Completion and recognition

1How do I get the completion certificate?
Once you have completed all modules and watched all required video lessons, the certificate is automatically generated and becomes available in your dashboard. You can download it as a PDF at any time.
2Is the certificate recognized by the government?
The certificate is issued by UCL Training as a government-grade training partner. It serves as proof that you have completed the official operator training curriculum covering all required SOPs and compliance guidelines.
3My certificate has an error in my name. How do I fix it?
Certificate details are pulled from your operator registration data. If there is an error, please submit a support ticket with the correct details and we will reissue the certificate within 48 hours.

Technical Support

Browser, playback, and connectivity issues

1Which browsers are supported?
We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, Brave, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox. Safari on iOS is also supported. Older browsers or Internet Explorer may not work correctly.
2Videos are buffering or not loading. How do I fix it?
Check your internet connection speed — a minimum of 2 Mbps is required for smooth playback. Try clearing your browser cache, disabling browser extensions, or switching to a different browser. If using mobile data, switch to a Wi-Fi connection for better performance.
3The page shows a blank screen or an error message.
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page. If the issue persists, try opening the site in an incognito/private window. If you still see the error, take a screenshot and submit a support ticket with details of your device and browser.
4I'm getting "Session Expired" errors frequently.
Sessions expire after 6 hours of inactivity for security. If you're experiencing frequent unexpected logouts, ensure that your browser allows cookies from ucltraining.in and that you don't have aggressive cookie-blocking extensions enabled.
