Disclaimer
This page sets out important disclaimers concerning the use of the UCL Training Portal and its content. Please read it in full.
1General Disclaimer
The Universal Client Training Portal (“Platform”) is a private, authorised training partner designed exclusively for operators registered in the UCL operator database. The training provided is supplementary educational content and does not replace official instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), or circulars issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) or any competent authority.
2Accuracy of Training Content
While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that our training videos, SOPs, and support materials are accurate and up-to-date, operational procedures for Aadhaar enrolment, update, and biometric capture are subject to frequent change through UIDAI circulars, policy updates, and technology upgrades.
- Content on this Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- Operators are expected to always cross-reference the latest official UIDAI circular before applying any procedure in the field.
- We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
3No Professional Advice
Information on this Platform is provided for general training and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or technical advice. Use of any information on this site is at your own risk. You should always consult the appropriate professional or the designated authority before making any decisions based on this content.
4External Links
The Platform may contain links to external websites (e.g. UIDAI, state government portals, payment gateways). We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites and accept no responsibility for them. Use of such sites is entirely at your own risk.
5Results Not Guaranteed
Completion of the training course does not automatically guarantee:
- Certification by UIDAI or any government body.
- Increased earnings, appointments, or workload.
- Passing of any official test/exam conducted by UIDAI, NSEIT, or a registrar.
The outcomes of training depend on individual effort, practice, and adherence to official procedures.
6Third-Party Trademarks
All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Platform — including but not limited to those of UIDAI, the Government of India, NSEIT, payment gateway partners, and WhatsApp — are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this Platform does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
7Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Platform, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use (or inability to use) the Platform.
8Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform and its operators from any claim, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
9Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, pandemics, internet outages, cyber-attacks, government actions, or third-party service failures (payment gateway, WhatsApp, hosting provider).
