Before you raise a ticket

Many common issues can be resolved instantly:

  • OTP not received? Ensure your registered mobile is active on WhatsApp and check your Spam/Other chats.
  • Payment stuck? Wait 2 minutes, then check your status page. Auto-reconciled payments take up to 5 minutes.
  • Video not playing? Refresh the page, try a different browser (Chrome/Edge), or switch networks.
  • Forgot / changed mobile? The operator mobile is pulled from the central UCL database. Update it there first.
